This week's Friday Flourish is one that's been pulled out at Glen Echo a few times and is a neat variant on a ladies' chain. Instead of offering one hand and a standard courtesy turn (or twirls), the lead offers two hands and results in a slightly less twirly but still very fun variant. The major factors here to make this work are a very clear lead from the lead, and the follow not offering "spaghetti arms" to the lead, as this trick won't be as effective. Also, since it might take up a bit of room, the lead is going to need to move a bit to make sure that the pair stays within their dance space.
You, too could have your flourishes posted! Send them to me and they might get featured!

Happy Friday!
